One Shepherd
Our sermon series continues in John 10:16-21. Scripture warns us of false shepherds, which are strangers and thieves. We must heed the warning because there are false shepherds in every generation.
There is only One Shepherd who would lay down His life and could take it up again, and that is our Lord Jesus Christ. His suffering, death, and resurrection set Him apart from all. Therefore, all earthly ministers who claim to shepherd His people must point to the One Shepherd.
